Overview
SlideFill fills a PPT template from every row of an Excel file. Recurring reports, proposals and certificates — same format, different content — get produced without manual work. It runs as a real product with free/pro plans and international billing.
Challenge
PPT files are structurally messy; replacing text without breaking formatting was the core problem. The web app and the document engine spoke different languages, and billing, refunds and subscription state had to be rock solid.
Solution
The document engine runs as a separate service behind the web API, so each part deploys and scales on its own. Billing uses a global subscription provider, with webhook events verified and replayed safely. Guides, community and insight sections teach the workflow.
