Overview
A mobile-first web app where gym staff run today’s checklist and see handovers, notices and schedules. Managers maintain checklist templates, shift schedules, notices and reports, plus a public board for members.
Challenge
Checklists on paper, handovers in chat, schedules in Excel — things slipped and nothing recorded who did what. With frequent staff turnover, a complicated login would guarantee non-use.
Solution
Log in with a name and four-digit PIN; today’s tasks are the first screen. Every item records completion time and person, and handovers flow into reports. Managers handle templates, shift schedules and substitutions, and edits like adding an item happen on the spot.
Strategy
Observe the floor
Open, close and shift-change tasks written in order and turned into templates.
Simplest login
Name + PIN, protected by attempt limits and session security.
Checks that leave a trail
Time and person per item; handovers bundled into reports.
Manager comfort
Templates, schedules, substitutions and notices in one console with on-site editing.
