YouTube Reworks Its AI Likeness Claims — the 'Copyright' Tab Becomes 'Claims'
YouTube has improved AI likeness claim alerts and simplified disputes. The copyright menu consolidates into 'Claims,' and creators get four grounds to push back.

Snapchat has introduced an ad option aimed at pharma marketers: product disclosure links inside the ad, so users can reach additional information straight from the in-feed display.
The updated pharma format supports multi-CTA attachments for health and safety notes. Smaller text links sit below the main ad, and users tap through to the disclaimers.
Snapchat's framing: "Every patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional may need different resources depending on where they are in their healthcare journey. This is why marketers often need more than a single click-out to run branded campaigns. In addition to the primary brand destination, many campaigns require links to critical information such as safety guides accessible within one click from the ad."
In practice, brands can configure up to three disclaimer CTAs alongside a primary CTA. It applies across Snap Ads, Story Ads and Commercials, with Sponsored Snaps arriving later this year.
In pharma, where required disclosures sit often decides whether a campaign can run at all. With a single destination, teams either overload the landing page to satisfy disclosure requirements or skip the channel. Splitting links makes compliant setups considerably simpler.
Snapchat says 95% of its users have expressed an interest in health and wellness content. Pair that audience with a format that satisfies disclosure requirements and the platform becomes materially more viable for the pharma sector.
The implication is not limited to pharma. Any regulated category — finance, supplements, medical devices, insurance — carries the same structural problem: mandatory disclosures and the sales message competing for one creative, degrading both. Separating disclosures into their own links lets the main creative carry the message while the notices stay intact.
Two cautions for planning. Whether a one-click-away link satisfies mandatory disclosure rules is a regulatory question in each market, decided independently of what the ad platform supports. And multi-CTA setups fragment clicks, so CTR and landing conversion rates stop being comparable to single-CTA campaigns — track disclaimer clicks as a separate metric and judge primary conversions off the primary CTA.

The format exists for campaigns that carry mandatory disclosures, so regulated categories can plausibly use it. Whether a linked disclosure satisfies the rules is a separate regulatory question in each market.
Clicks fragment across links, so CTR and landing conversion rates are no longer comparable to single-CTA campaigns. Track disclaimer clicks separately and judge primary conversions against the primary CTA.
